Zimbabwe Property Development Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct property market research and constantly updates property information sets, analyses regional construction costs and advises clients on new and existing property investments.
• Analyses and values real estate properties for various purposes and prepares comprehensive property valuation reports as per the international Valuation Standards.
• Carries out project formulation, feasibility and viability assessments and makes development recommendations.
• Manages property development projects within acceptable and agreed project key deliverable s.
• Attends to any related day to day property investments duties

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Real Estate, Rural and Urban Planning, Land Surveying, Quantity Surveying or Architect or A diploma in Real Estate/Town Planning.
• At least 3 year’s experience in Real Estate Valuations.
• Registration with the Valuers Council of Zimbabwe a must. Only candidates with this requirement will be shortlisted.
• A qualification and experience in construction project management is an added advantage.
