Reporting Structure  

• Reporting To The Rector, Board of Governors & Trustees
• Supervision Of Teachers and Non-Teaching Staff
• Interacts With Parents and Pupils

 

Job Description           

• The management of curriculum matters, through the Director of Studies, Heads of Department and Examination Officer
• The care and discipline of the pupils, working through the Deputy Heads, Senior Teachers, and tutors
• The recruitment of pupils
• The financial management of the school, working with the Bursar and Governors
• The promotion and marketing of the school, working with the Marketing Committee
• Reporting on the school to the Governors
• Responsibility for the quality of teaching and learning in the School
• Giving a lead on academic, pastoral, spiritual, moral, and extra-curricular or any matter of relevance to education

• Experience 10 years
• Education Level Degree
• Qualifications Relevant Qualifications & Experience
• Software Computer Literate
• Equipment PC
• Knowledge Of Academic & Admin Leadership in an Independent School
• Skills To Team-Build, and Mange Change & Development
