Job Description
- Maintains and updates employee leave schedule in adherence to the organization policies and prepares monthly report for Department Heads
- Prepares and renews employment contracts for permanent and part time employees
- Checking Part timers and Consultants payments and ensuring the necessary documentation is available for payment processing
- Maintains an updated database for all consultants contracts and prepares all logistics of quarterly induction classes
- Ensures all P and L inputs are sorted by department and location and submitted on time.
- Assists with the recruitment of part timers and ancillary staff i.e. initial screening, invitations and coordinates all interviews for full time staff.
- Performance and Learning Training, Works Council and social related functions.
- Coordinates new employee placement from signing on papers, initial orientation and liases with the relevant department for work station, email and computer allocations.
- Maintains and updates full time, part time and Consultancy staff database to ensure timely submission and advising Department Head of contracts that are due to expire
- Preparing all related payments for the Human Resources Manager / Director Human Resources Approval & filling all Human Resources related documentation.

- Experience 2 years
- Education Level Degree
- Qualifications Degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences related from a recognised institution.
