In close functional collaboration with the Protection detention team, the program manager participates in the implementation of the delegations activities as per the objectives and priorities defined in the Program. Her his main duty is to manage and monitor the health and nutrition in detention program as well as to contribute to the formulation and reorientation of strategies and objectives according to needs

Job Description
- Assumes main responsibilities for a small department or projects / programs of importance in various, complex fields independently
- Contributes to the formulation of strategies to address identified issues
- Manages staff
- In charge of department/project/program reporting
- Participates in PfR and budget elaboration and monitors its implementation
- Institutional guidelines and procedures related to health and nutrition in detention would be an asset
