1 x Sales Manager
- A Degree in Marketing
- Identify and exploit growth opportunities.
- Good human capital management skills.
- Establish and control sales marketing budgets
- Analyse sales performance
- Ensure market share gain for all products.
- Relationship management with all stakeholders.
- Planning, analytical l skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Clean class 4 driver`s licence.
- Computer literate.
- Cosmetic products or FMCG selling experience.
- Excellent interpersonal relations and communication
- Mature and well groomed.
- Monitors sales and distribution chain.
- Prepared to travel frequently and widely.
- Provide market research information for strategic management.
- Able to initiate plan and implement training programs.
- Formulates and implement marketing strategies
- Takes orders and assists in collecting payments
- Any other duties allocated
2x Sales Representatives
Skills and Duties
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing,
- A clean class 4 driver’s license
- Previous or current FMCG or Cosmetic products selling track record.
- Excellent communication, skills written and verbal.
- Willing to travel frequently and widely.
- Quick and willing to learn.
- Computer literate.
- Able to work round the clock without supervision.
- Mature, well groomed, hardworking.
- Remuneration performance based.
- Gathers market intelligence information.
