Workshops and After Sales Manager
Our client, is a leading firm in the tractor and agricultural implementation industry, is looking for the above mentioned position to work at their workshop and join their team.
Employment Type:Full time
Duties/Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for or have the following duties:-
- In charge of the branch network.
- Upgrading and maintaining workshop standard
- Resource planning and optimisation

The ideal candidate must have the following:-
The ideal candidate must have the following:-
- At least 10 years of experience.
- At least 5 of those at a senior level- workshop manager or higher.
- Must be suitably qualified, with a degree in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering.
- Must have experience directly related to tractor/ agricultural implement production.
- Must have after sales service experience as well.
- Must also have business acumen/ business development skills
