QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Social Sciences, Accounting or Business Studies or Law
Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators (CIS) or equivalent
Clean class 4 driver’s license; At least 40 years old and must a citizen of Zim; No criminal record
5 years relevant and impeccable experience in the Local Government Administration
Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Urban Council’s Act (Chapter 29:15); possess some commitment to Public Service and demonstrate principles land values that cherish honest service to the people
