Tenders must be enclosed in sealed envelopes and endorsed on the outside with the Advertised Tender Number, the description, the closing date and must be posted in time or delivered by hand to:

before 10:00am on Monday 02 May 2016. There will be a Compulsory Pre-tender Site visit on site in Harare on Wednesday 13th April at 14:30pm. Tender documents shall be sold between 10:00 hours and 15:30hours during working days only.

Upon payment of a non–refundable cash deposit of US$80.00 per tender, Tenders shall remain valid for a period of 90 days from tender closing date.
Only companies with proven track record and currently registered with The Registrar of Companies, Zimbabwe Revenue Authority and members of CIFOZ or ZBCA or Ministry of Public Works in Category “A” are eligible to tender.
