Regional Head of Sales and Product (Banking / Financial Services / Product Development / Sales / Marketing) – Zimbabwe, Zambia, Kenya
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a retail sales and product strategy for the bank across its target geographies
- Sales and marketing analysis
- Product development and testing
- Product pricing, packaging and positioning
- Sales campaigns and product promotions
- Budget management
- Governance, risk and compliance management
- Strategic stakeholder engagement
- Team leadership, management and mentoring
- Effective teamwork, self-management and alignment with group values
Requirements:
- Relevant business degree, preferably in Marketing;
- MBA advantageous
- Strong knowledge of retail banking products and their value propositions to attract target segments
- Experience of working in Africa (advantageous)
- Excellent networking and relationship building skills
- Strong segment knowledge
- Strong knowledge of retail products and their value propositions to attract target segments
