The post is responsible for the delivery and evaluation of the Creative Zimbabwe programme including financial management. The post is also responsible for all mandatory reporting to the donor. Specific duties include – Financial accounting and planning for each project/phase of the Creative Zimbabwe programme Project planning, monitoring and evaluation – Providing leadership to the Creative Zimbabwe operational team, including external consultants and delivery partners for implementation of the programme plan, being accountable for management of risk and delivery of agreed results – Managing strategic relationships essential for the success of the Creative Zimbabwe programme – Developing an effective visibility plan for the programme, including a digital communications plan – Meeting HR and other corporate standards (including performance management) – Ensuring Equal Opportunities and Diversity is taken into account in all of our activities and actions, and our actions are aligned with our values, and all relevant staff and contacts are aware of our policy and adhere to it.
