Temporary Program Facilitator
Job summary
Reporting to the Program Unit Manager, the Program Facilitator will facilitate community participation in programs and production of Building Relationship (BR) communications including the integration of program and Building Relationship activities in the field.
Entry qualifications and experience
A Diploma/Degree in Social Work, Development Studies or related discipline from a recognized institute; A Class 3 or 4 Driver’s licence; Ability and willingness to ride a motorbike; At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in an NGO environment; Excellent communication and problem solving skills; Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment; Good teamwork and interpersonal skills; Facilitation and negotiation skills; Proficiency in MS office tools
Field Monitors
Job summary
Reporting to the Program Coordinator, the Field Monitor is responsible for supporting communities in identifying and registering mobile cash transfer and food aid beneficiaries according to set criteria and procedures for the Zimbabwe Joint Response project. S/he will be responsible for working with communities and supporting the Program Coordinator in the implementation of the project. Incumbent will keep accurate records of the project, compile and submit daily and monthly reports as required. S/he will also work with and support Enumerators and conduct post distribution monitoring exercise.

Reporting to the Program Coordinator, the Monitoring Evaluation and Research Coordinator is responsible for supporting communities in identifying and registering beneficiaries according to set criteria and procedures and facilitating cash transfer payments in a cost efficient and effective manner. The role oversees all corporate research undertakings, planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of the Zimbabwe Joint Response program activities.

Program Coordinator
Job summary
To provide technical guidance, leadership and facilitation in the coordination and design, implementation, supervision, monitoring and evaluation of the ECHO funded Cash Transfer programme, regular contact between different stakeholders and communities and Plan International Zimbabwe. To coordinate the implementation of the Cash Transfer Program with Government departments and other implementing partners and oversee the payment of cash to registered beneficiaries. The post holder will be responsible for producing donor reports and represent Plan International Zimbabwe at Stakeholder forums on development interventions.
