Job Description – Office Assistant

Provides administrative, financial, secretarial and clerical support to others in the office to maintain an efficient office environment.

In addition to reception duties

Job Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma or equivalent in business administration
  • Book keeping qualification is an added advantage Competent computer skills including MS Office or
    equivalent and PASTEL.
  • Proven experience in a wide variety of office work.
  • At least 3 years experience working in an NGO environment.
