Nutrition and Health Officers in a Non Profit( NGO / Inter-Governmental)Employment Type: Permanent
- To improve nutrition among pregnant or lactating women (PLWs) and children under five, in all geographic areas selected for the programme and ensure integration of nutrition activities, results, and objectives with the objectives of increasing household and micro-enterprise productivity and income through market-oriented approaches and increasing household resilience to shocks.
- To support client centered counselling. education, information sharing on issues around their health and nutrition thereof, capacity building of , health workers and community volunteers and collaboration with other i sectors that playa role in the welfare of the targeted beneficiaries.
Requirements
- Diploma in Nursing, Public Health, Nutrition or Development studies with experience in public health/nutrition programming.
- A University degree in the above disciplines is an added advantage
