Ensuring cost effective production at the mines through co¬ordination of geology, survey, ventilation, geotechnical and mine planning activities. Observance, compliance and enforcement of all statutory regulations and requirements relating to Technical Services functions. Preparation and management of departmental budgets. Drawing effective standards in maintaining geo-technical stability and control systems and monitoring compliance.
Optimization of production areas to meet dynamic organizational objectives Liaison with production personnel and designing mining layouts of cost effective production are, Monitor the ore quality and ensure sustenance of forecast head grade. Preparation of life of mine and short-term plans Requirements Qualifications and Experience:
Mining Jobs Zimbabwe Degree/ Diploma in Geology, Mining Engineering or Surveying. At least 8 years’ experience at managerial level. A professional qualification such as OSHEMAC or SHATCO is an added advantage
