JOB LOCATION: Copperbelt Province
Job Title: Trade Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
- Translate trade marketing strategy and objects to drive visibility and branding
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure appropriate trade visibility
- Provide branded material support during roadshows and activation
- Liaise with relevant functional units on trade output management
- Identify, evaluate and assess new trade opportunities
- Monitor trade marketing expenditure to maintain budgetary control
- Drive best practice, continuous improvement and innovation
- Effectively manage the development of direct reports, through performance and talent management
Requirements
- Business or marketing degree
- Five years experience in marketing with three years in a management position of a dynamic and fast moving industry
- Three years experience in trade marketing and execution Strategies
- GSM and mobile money telecommunications knowledge
- Project and program management
- Proficient at Microsoft office for reporting
