A vibrant company is seeking a dynamic Projects Manager. As an experienced Project manager, you will supervise civil works and construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Should have an understanding of civil works, the construction business and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Candidate Specification
Experience: 5 years
Education Level: Degree
Qualifications: Any tertiary Project Management qualification
Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD
Equipment: PC
Knowledge Of: generating engineering estimates for civil works projects
Skills To: level in Office packages
Ability To: troubleshoot, problem solve and make strategic decisions
Personality: Mature
Other: Highly developed organisational skills
