Job Description

• Welcoming visitors at the front office/reception.
• Answering telephones in a professional manner.
• Maintaining the front office in a professional manner
• Event management thus assist in event planning, coordination and succesful holding of events
• sending out direct ad bulk emails and following up on delegates
• Creating and maintaining a database of customers, prospects and suppliers
• Identify potential customers and convince the potential customers to come to company product presentations.
• preparing speeches for the events hosted by the company
• handle pR work for the company
• managing company social media platforms, Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, YouTube etc, carry out updates and post relevant material
• keep the website lively by updating teh site, interacting with customers , write telecoms articles, upload pictures and write articles to keep the website up to date.
• Ability to uderatke graphic designing of print adverts and onlnes adverts is an added advantage
• organising and coordination of the company functions
• Gathering market intelligence
• Establish good rapport with clients
• Identify potential customers and book appointments for the sales team

• Education Level: Degree
• Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Marketing/Journalism/Media studies or HND in Marketing/Mediastudies/Public Relations
• Software: Python, Java, Java script, C++
• Equipment: PC
• Knowledge Of: ICT, managing online content, social networks and events management
• Skills To: use graphic designing software
• Ability To: write ICT/Telecoms related articles for the print and on line Publication
• Personality: well groomed ,enjoys to work after hours without supervision
