Laminator Operator
A reputable Packaging Company is looking to hire a Laminator Operator.
Location – Harare
Responsibilities
1. Reads and interprets job specification and determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
2. Set and run machine according to job specifications or the set SOPs.
3. Assist in maintain chemicals and materials inventory.
4. Meets set job standards with regards to outputs and waste figures.
5. Conduct quality control checks during production runs.
6. Reports and records production statistics accurately in the production books.
7. Initiate action to prevent problems, document quality problems, contribute solutions to problems and verify implementation of solutions.
8. Maintaining a high level of housekeeping within the work station.
Required Qualifications
• 5 “O” Levels (including mathematics and English).
• Plastics/Printing background.
• 3 to 5 years working experience in a similar position.
• Journey man printer will be an added advantage

Our client a leading international bank is looking for the above to join their team
Duties and responsibilities
1. Administration of Bank Pension Fund by ensuring that all employees are covered and liaising with dependants on pension benefits after the death or retirement of a staff member.
2. Medical Aid Administration.
3. Administration of the NSSA Scheme.
4. Control and processing of the payroll System.
5. Administration of the Motor Policy Insurance for staff by adding all interested members to the scheme, doing the required deductions and paying same to the Insurance Company.
Requirements
1. Degree in HR or Finance
2. Must have good accounting knowledge
3. Sound knowledge of statutory requirements
4. Sound knowledge of labour relations
