Financial Controller/Manager-MOZAMBIQUEÂ
This role encompasses a high level of responsibility for all financial aspects of company strategy and the Financial Controller Manager is expected to analyse figures and implement recommendations based on these findings with the most profitable outcomes.
Work with senior teams to grow the businesses formulating strategies and plans
Lead and develop finance team
Lead and manage the budgeting process
High level cash management on an ongoing basis
Provide extensive input into the formulation of annual budgets and targets
Overall control of all financial transactions and accountancy matters, including audit systems, daily cash-ups, EFT supplier and customer accounts, etc
Preparation and submission of weekly and monthly updates as required
Presentation of annual accounts with recommendations
Review of accounts and investigation of variances then setting recovery plans
KEY SKILL
Relevant commercial and business experience
Exceptional communication skills at all levels English and Portuguese
Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making
KEY QUALIFICATION
Qualification in Accounting Finance Management, with relevant experience as required by the role
