EVENT CORDINATOR VACANCY, HARARE
LOCATION: HARARE, ZIMBABWE
DUTIES ARE SET OUT AS:
Co-ordinate large functions and events
Assisting with selecting decor / themes
Ensures that the clients vision for their function is effectively executed
Assisting with budget preparation
Adhering to planning schedules, policies and guidelines
Liaising with service providers such as catering and entertainment
Managing transport arrangements
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to focus, priorities and meet deadlines
Creative thinker
Ability to work well under pressure
Attention to detail
Excellent negotiation and networking skills
Minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role
