A well paid bank manager role is currently vacant for an SME in Harare, please read the requirements and job description and apply if interested

JOB DESCRIPTION
– Manage Identify and capitalise on new SME market opportunities / approaches.
– Increase SME market share in asset and liability business in the market.
– Develop new customer products, programs and merchandising / sales approaches to ensure a highly competitive and customer responsive bank in the SME segment
– On-going development and management of sales force to ensure maximum marketing and sales performance of the SME Banking unit.
– Increase and improve product awareness and exploit all available market opportunities in the SME market.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
– At least 10 years of experience.
– Must have a minimum of a commercial degree.
– A strong background in the SME Banking industry would be advantageous.
– Must have at least 3 years of senior management experience.
– Fully computer literate in MS Office.
– Must be fluent in both English.
