Qualifications, skills and Experience required;
O’ Level with Mathematics and English
A Technical course (Metal/work, Agriculture, etc)
A diploma in Agriculture will be an added advantage .
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills in English and Shona/Ndebele
Ability to understand farming activities in the area
Must be between the ages 22 and 28 years.
Must be a resident of the area selected.
