Administrative Assistant (Central Services)

Specific Responsibilities: The Administrative Assistant manages asset control, assignment and movement; maintain an updated and accurate asset register, and room lists, and ensure that all assets are properly labeled and whereabouts are regularly verified and ensures that office premises are in good state of repair and maintenance at all times through liaison with Projects Officer and service providers.

Requirements

Qualifications:

A degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or any other relevant discipline, and at least two years’ experience related to the responsibilities preferably in an institution of higher learning.
