KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Management and Supervision of ZNNP+ 10 Provincial Offices and Coordinators
· Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to ZNNP+ Provincial officers on programme implementation, monitoring and reporting
· Support ZNNP+ in executing its community systems strengthening mandate
· Assist in developing programme ideas into proposals for fund raising.
· Support development of GF successor concepts and lead on community systems strengthening business development.
· Support Provincial Coordinators in ensuring that all activities are implemented successfully within prescribed time intervals.
· Assist in establishing and maintaining contact with funding partners.
· Assist in overseeing the compilation of and authorization of project reports.
· Assist in maintaining a calendar of reporting deadlines.
· Assist in maintaining a database of donors and grants received.
· Assist in overseeing the capacity building of community structures of PLHIV
· Assist in overseeing the coordination of relevant program meetings and workshops in line with standard guidelines.
· Assist in preparing and presenting to management the consolidated annual workplans and training programmes
· Assist in monitoring actual program performance against plan and budget and taking necessary corrective measures where necessary.
· Any other duties deemed fit by the immediate supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· A First Degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Health Sciences or equivalent from a recognized institution. A Master’s degree in the relevant field is a distinct advantage
· Previous experience managing Global Fund grants and other large consortium grants is an asset
· 8-10 working experience with over 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role
· Appreciation of Human Resource Management issues in an NGO sector is an added advantage
· Ability and passion to work with people living with HIV.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Sound knowledge and appreciation of the HIV response and Health Systems in Zimbabwe.
· Possession of a clean class 4 drivers licence, with 3 years driving experience is a MUST
· Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point).
