Qualifications And Experience
-Degree in Civil Engineering.
-Professional membership of ZIE or equivalent.
-Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
-Ability to communicate at all levels
-Relevant experience in Municipal/Rural District Council set up and a class 4 driver’s license are added advantages.
