Working in partnership within the public and private sectors, and harnessing the power of the markets, PSI provides life-saving products, clinical services and behavior change communications that empower the world’s most vulnerable populations to lead healthier lives. PSI/Z seeks qualified candidates to fill the positions below:
Full-time (7 posts) – Mangwe, Shurugwi, Chiredzi, Chivi, Mutare, Goromonzi, Mt Darwin
Part-time (5 posts) – Mat North, Midlands, Mashonaland East, Masvingo, Harare & Chitungwiza
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ferrying staff members and clients to required destinations.
Monitor car service dates to ensure that vehicles are serviced in good time.
Clean the project vehicles daily and do vehicle daily checks on oil and water.
Inspect vehicles for faults and report all faults to the Site Manager or Coordinator.
Fuel vehicles and ensure vehicles are clean at all times.
Attend to and/or direct all visitors to the site, for both personal and business request accordingly.
Attend to clients for registration, check eligibility and prepare clients for services offered.
Open a client file for each client and record each client’s details.
Record and receipt client fees.
Assist with receptionist or administrative duties when required
Requirements
Required skills, Qualifications and Experience
5 O’ Levels including English a prerequisite
Clean drivers licence (minimum class 4)
At least 5 years driving experience
Defensive Driving certificate a must
Good interpersonal and communication skills a prerequisite
Candidate should be able to work in a team environment
