Restaurant Supervisor
We are looking to hire a restaurant supervisor to handle the daily operations of our restaurant.
Responsibilities
 Work hand in hand with the management team in creating, developing and maintaining constant flow of business
 Ensure smooth running of the restaurant by coordinating suppliers, organizing staff and handling customer complaints
 Oversee daily floor operations including staff management and working with vendors.
 Follow up on customer inquiries and relay relevant information
 Ensure that customer service, comfort, satisfaction and security are paramount at all times.
 Overseeing stock levels and managing supplies
 Ensuring Compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
 Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business management
 At least 3 years hands on experience in the hospitality industry.
 Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to discuss and resolve problems
 Demonstrate the ability to communicate with staff, provide leadership and motivate a team.
 Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
 Strong communication, teamwork and negotiation skills.
 Excellent organization skills.

Cooks
We are looking to hire restaurant cooks to handle daily food preparations with a focus on African dishes.
Responsibilities
 Implementation of planned Menus.
 Preparation and production of high quality food that meets the desired customer satisfaction.
 Provision of efficient service of food orders and as per specifications
 Preparing and cooking food in adherence to standard recipes and menu given by the Head Cook
 Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety at work.
 To account for all production resources provided by the Head cook and issued from the stores
 Proper handling and use of kitchen equipment as provided for by the Head cook and the Manufacturer.
 Ensure that customer service and satisfaction are paramount at all times.
Requirements
 Diploma or Certificate in food production from a recognized Institution
 Minimum of 2 years practical culinary experience in a busy hotel/restaurant
 Good food presentation skills

Waiter/Waitress
We are looking to hire waiters and waitresses to join our restaurant team. Ideal candidates should have a strong ethic, be responsible for restaurant operations per their designation & ensuring our high standards and customer satisfaction are upheld
Responsibilities
 Prepare the restaurant for service.
 Welcome guests and ensures that each guest has been explained to the available menu
 Takes order from the guest and puts through orders to Kitchen for preparation
 Collects orders when prepared and serves to guest
 Collects all dirty cutlery and crockery from the table once guests have completed their meal
 Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
 Ensure that all items received by the guest are charged for

Requirements
 A Minimum of 1 year working experience in a busy restaurant or hotel
 20-25 years of Age

Cashier
We are looking for an accountable cashier to process all transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
 Handle cash transactions with customers
 Scan goods and collect payments
 Issue receipts, refunds and change
 Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
 Keep reports of transactions
 Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
 Proven working experience in retail cashier or sales
 Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters etc.)
