POST B: PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT CONTROL ASSISTANT- GRADE 3
This position entails assisting in the planning and controlling of development within Council’s Jurisdiction, the candidate should be in possession of the following:
Requirements
- A National Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning from a recognized institution.
- ‘l.S and Remote Sensing Training
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- 2 years working experience in a local authority environment an added advantage.
Major Duties
- Producing layout designs . .
- Building construction inspection
- Illegal development tracking and regularization
- Real estate data capturing and maintenance
- Topographic and tachometric surveys
- Pegging of stands and sites
Any other duties assigned by the Land use, Planning and Conservation Office
