First degree in the social sciences is a must
– Master’s Degree in Social sciences is a must
– Passion, commitment to and knowledge of women’s rights
– Proven experience in development of proposals and fund raising
– Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation
– Experience in research to include research methods and use of statistical packages such as SPSS
– Ability to speak Ndebele and Shona is an added advantage
– At least three to five years experience in an NGO/development agency/government
– Team player
– Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
