Job Requirements

• Assets register
• Monthly Reports to Headmaster and Chief Executive Periodic Reports to Management Board.
• Creditors and Debtors Capex
• Internal and External audits
• Supervision of departmental staff
• Development of Departmental policy
• Preparation of Cash-flow statements
• Carry out cash counts
• Co-ordination with other departments
• Preparation of adhoc reports
• Create financial control measures and maintain them
• Maintain Data Intergrity and confidentiality

Personal Qualities

• Good Communication skills
• Mature
• Ability to Work with and lead a team
• Work under pressure
• Experience between 3 to 5 years in a related environment and position
• Computer literate with special experience in Pastel, Payroll package and Power point
• Free of Criminal Record
• Class 4 driver’s licence
• Self starter and creative
• Possesses strong analytical skills
• Confident belief in oneself
• Good interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• The applicant must have passed Ordinary level with passing of B or Better in English and Mathematics
• A level passes are an added advantage

A must to have one or more of the following minimum qualifications:

• A B.Acc. Degree as a major
• Full CIS
• Full ACCA
• Full CIMA
• Any other equivalent qualification
