VACANCY: BRANCH MANAGER

a leading retail outlet specialising in Ladies and men’s clothing, shoes, fragrances and cosmetics is looking for a candidate who will be the branch manager to join their team.

MAIN DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
1. Ensure the smooth running of the flagship store
2. People management
3. Reviewing sales growth figures as compared to the previous year and formulating sales strategies to improve sales growth.
4. Measuring customer service through customer feedback techniques and analysing ways of improving our customer service.
5. Ensuring store maintains within set acceptable percentage of stock loss.
6. Correctly following markdown procedures to minimise shrinkage
7. Ensuring all stock administration is done in accordance with standard operating procedures including the strict adherence to the non-bendables. 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 
1. At least 4 years in retail, preferably clothing
2. An accounting/ marketing or relevant qualification
3. Must have good experience working with debtors and creditors
