Technical Brand Manager
Our client, a market leader in the supply and distribution of health and beauty products, is currently in the market for the above mentioned position. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Brand Manager.
Technical Responsibilities
•Responsible for the development, management and execution of effective marketing strategies that meet global brand objectives
• Build collaborative relationships with key clients
• Conducting training seminars on the best usage of products, and educating salon owners on the application method of various products
• Confidently manage a diverse product portfolio in order to achieve profitability and growth
• Communication development
• Budget preparation and tracking
• Cross-functional project management with internal and external stakeholders
• Customer presentations
Candidate Technical Requirements –
• Self -starter, highly pro- active Brand Manager with a passion for the health & beauty industries
• 3 years or more product or brand management experience
• Strong project management and cross functional leadership skills
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for a demanding and customer focused working environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of brand planning, innovation management and ATL and BTL implementation
• Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Possess the willingness to learn, improve and adapt.
