JOB TITLE: Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (MNCH) Technical Director
LOCATION: Harare

QUALIFICATIONS:
- MD or Nurse Midwife with Master of Public Health and at least 10 years of clinical experience in maternal, newborn and child health and programming
- 5 years’ experience working with the Zimbabwe Ministry of Health in a senior management or advisory capacity; Organizational level capacity building experience
- Significant technical expertise and knowledge of major issues in MNCH, Quality Improvement and FP in low-resource settings
- Strong policy and advocacy skills, good analytic ability, capacity to collect, use and present evidence to identify and solve problems with groups of decision makers and program managers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong verbal and written communications skills; Good facilitation, team building and planning skills.
