key Duties:
- Creative leader tasked with revenue generation for the station
- Developing and acquiring programming
- To work with directors, production staff, and air talent to develop and implement ideas for new programs and recommend carryout changes to programming
- Business development and strategy execution in consultation with directors
- Collecting and analysing information on viewer preferences and tendencies, for programming guidance.
Experience
- Ability to manage the station’s budget
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans
- Ensure compliance with Zimbabwe’s Content Distribution Regulations
Qualifications
- Four year bachelor’s degree or higher in TV production or communication
- At least 5 years industry work experience and extensive industry knowledge and technical expertise
- Extensive network with media houses
