Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to apply for the vacant positions of Sales Agents on Commission based in Chiredzi, Kwekwe, Masvingo and Zvishavane which have arisen within a reputable organisation.

Reporting to the Team Leader, the successful candidates will be expected to execute the following duties and responsibilities:

• Business Development
• Market both Life and Funeral Assurance products.
• Implementing marketing plans and timing the implementation of marketing activities, which generate new business.
• Increase the brand visibility of the company by ensuring that the company’s products and services are known and recognized, thus increasing market growth.
• Contacting prospective clients, making presentations to clients and closing out sales with the objective of signing them for new business.
• Meeting specific sales targets that fall in line with both company and clientele expectations. This includes taking reponsibility for personal performance through consructively self-assessing performance.
• Client Servicing
• Responsible for client serving and ensuring that our products meet the customers’ expectations.
• Handling all customer queries and questions.
• Giving financial advisory to clients with the main objective being to increase revenue.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 5 Ordinary level passes
• A diploma in Insurance or Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Must have 3 years’ relevant working experience.
• Must be a well-groomed candidate with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate must also be result oriented and able to work within a team.
