JOB TITLE: Resilience and Livelihoods Manager
LOCATION: Harare with frequent travel to partners: 36 months contract

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant postgraduate qualification in either Agriculture, Food Security, Disaster manager or any related fields
- 5 years’ experience implementing resilience and sustainable livelihoods programme/s; 5 years’ experience in humanitarian response programmes, LRRD
- Advocacy and climate knowledge is essential; Experience with project cycle management; fundraising; capacity building and working with partners
- Strong networking skills; Planning, timeliness and accuracy of reporting; Strong financial management skills including managing and reviewing budgets for development projects and programmes
- NGO experience highly desirable; Ability to work in multi-cultural and multi-national environment; Computer literate; Willingness to travel to remote areas
