MOLECULAR BIOLOGIST REGUIRED
LOCATION: HARARE, ZIMBABWE
DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
Design and conduct research using tools of molecular biology in compliance with set out organizational strategic issues.
Conduct molecular biology experiments involving techniques such as DNA and RNA extraction,
Gelelectrophoresis and PCR (both conventional and qPCR).ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

Gelelectrophoresis and PCR (both conventional and qPCR).ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree in Molecular Biology or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- A PhD in molecular biology an added advantage.
- At least 5years post-qualification experience, preferably in a molecular biology laboratory.
- Proven-hands on experience in molecular biology and bioinformatics tools is highly desirable.
- A strong research record.
- Knowledge of good laboratory practice and safety.
- Working knowledge of ISO 17025: 2005 quality management system.
- Knowledge and experience in plant tissue culture.
