Job Description
Scope of Position: Encompasses a variety of office responsibilities that relate to clerical and secretarial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering Phones, taking messages, as well as knowledge about paging system, intercoms and voice mail
• Assisting the public with directions and general information
• Preparing time schedules for multi departments
• Prepare Utilization Report
• Word processing and flow sheets
• Files and retrieves correspondence
• Types letters, minutes and reports
• Keeps personnel files in order and up to date
• Books meetings and arranges catering as required
• Attends meetings as requested to do so
• Photocopying
• Order supplies for office as well as other staff
• Ensure maintenance on Office equipment is up to date
Qualifications:
• Successful completion of a recognized Secretarial Program
• Strong Accounting Background
• Strong Customer service background
• Computer Skills required
• Knowledge pastel
• Maintains confidentiality of information coming to her/his knowledge.
• Courteous and Cooperative in dealing with visitors and staff
Remuneration; $350- $550
