JOB TITLE: 4 Qualitative Research Assistants
LOCATION: Bulawayo and Matabeleland South: 1 month full time (August – September 2017)

QUALIFICATIONS
- A university degree or other qualification (preferably in Social Sciences, Anthropology, Education, Public Health or related field) or relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written Ndebele, Shona and English fluency; Familiar with and knowledgeable of the local communities where research is being conducted
- Previous research experience; Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and general Internet and E-mail
- Experience in qualitative interviewing; leading focus group discussions and conducting in-depth interviews; Experience in the use of qualitative research techniques and methods, and relevant software packages
- Experience interacting comfortably with youth; Ability to interact effectively with a variety of community members and research participants; Experience discussing sensitive topics, including those related to HIV
