Programme Finance Officer
Major Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
- Preparing Annual budget for the Area Development Programme and other grants managed by the programme.
- Maintaining weekly petty cash allocation done through the Regional Office and ensure timely reimbursement.
- Ensuring all payments and financial information source documents are compliant with the standard coding system for processing and capturing of payment at National Office.
- Co-ordinating the holding of Field Financial Reports (FFR) meetings on a monthly basis and provide management advice in such meetings.
- Reviewing Area Development Programme staff Employee expense reports before submission to National Office for capturing and work closely with National Office to ensure timely retirement of advances.
- Co-ordinating internal audits i.e., audit preparation, submission of audit response in time, follow up and resolution of audit issues in conjunction with the ADP Manager.

Knowledge and Skills:
- A degree in Accounting / Finance
- A professional qualification would be an added advantage CIS, CIMA, ACCA
- At least (2) two years working experience in the relevant field
- Excellent Computer literacy and knowledge of Accounting Packages, i.e, Sunsystems, Excel
- High analytical, technical and conceptual skills, report writing skills
