Our Client is a large international company opening up it’s first branch in Harare, Zimbabwe, and looking for an experienced PA to join their team asap.
Candidates must be able to start ASAP.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- PA duties to the MD
- Answer all phone calls
- Administration and Office Management
- Handling of Petty Cash
- Assistance with the Wholesale side to the company
REQUIREMENTS
Dynamic / Confident / Well Presented / Independent / Organised
Diploma/ experience in office procedures or administration / Secretarial experience or qualification
Computer Literate
MUST HOLD A CLASS 4 DRIVERS LICENSE AND OWN CAR
