• Provide Strategic Direction and Leadership
• Implement Board decisions and policies
• Develop, Manage and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders
• Effectively manage and deploy company assets in accordance with laid down policies and practice
• Implement performance management systems to ensure accountability and transparency
• Develop and implement and appropriate structures, procedures and processes that will enable the organisation to function efficiently and effectively

Qualifications

• Business Degree – Management
• MBA would be an added advantage

Skills

• Direct business strategy and operations

Experience

• Over 5 years in the construction industry or at senior management level
• Over 10 years in a similar position

Remuneration: To be revealed to chosen candidate
