As National Director – Zimbabwe, you will oversee the development and strategy of all country operations. World Vision Zimbabwe was founded in 1973 and serves more than 80,659 children, their families and their communities across 29 programme areas.
You are a highly accomplished visionary leader who combines proven business disciplines with inspirational management skills to effectively communicate global initiatives, cultivate relationships, and identify opportunities to successfully drive World Vision Zimbabwe growth and development.
Requirements include:
Hold a Post-Graduate Qualification in Management, International Development or Social Sciences and an Advanced Degree in a relevant area.
Have at least 10 years of Senior Strategic Management Leadership experience, preferably within a global/international organisation.
Have experience managing an annual budget of US$20M.
Have an excellent level of multi-cultural awareness, and in particular, the impact of culture on stakeholder effectiveness, support and performance.
The position requires ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time.
