Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Requirements
Diploma in Social sciences/ M&E studies or related disciplines
Three years experience as M&E officer
Relevant work experience within the HIV/Health NGO sector
Advanced knowledge in database development, IT data capturing, monitoring and evaluating (SPSS and the Health Management Information Systems)
Skilled and experienced in project cycle management
Knowledge of how to come up with a conceptual framework and able to conduct data quality audit
Competency in set up of quantitative and qualitative research methods
Formal training in monitoring and evaluation and competencies in setting up M&E systems will be an added advantage
Field research experience, including leadership skills of enumerators and research teams
Good communication and inter-personal skills, team player, able to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced academic environment
