Qualifications- degree in Valuation and Estate Management or equivalent, membership of the Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe or the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, possession of a master’s degree in management or a post graduate Geographical Information Systems or Remote Sensing, 8 years’ experience in Valuation and Estate Management or 2 years’ experience in the Chief Valuation and Estate Management Office
