- Accounting, Business Studies or BSc Economics, Finance Degree or equivalent
- Professional qualification such as full IOBZ, ZCTA, CFA, CIS, CIMA or ACCA
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst
- 5 years working in a Risk Management role, 3 of which should be at management level
