JOB TITLE: Resilience and Sustainable Livelihoods Programme Officer
LOCATION: Harare with frequent travel to partners: 12 months contract (cover position)

Requirements:
- Relevant 3rd level qualification in either Development Studies, Agriculture, Food Security, or any related fields
- Knowledge of the livelihoods and resilience context in Zimbabwe, in the region and globally; 5 years’ experience implementing resilience and sustainable livelihoods programme/s
- 2 years’ experience in Agro-ecology; Experience with project/ programme cycle management; Experience and knowledge of food security, in particular DRR and vulnerability
- Experience in Results based management (RBM); Experience in using the partnership model; Strong experience in gender and HIV mainstreaming in sustainable livelihoods and resilience work
- Familiarity with M & E systems; Proven experience in report writing; Experience in managing and reviewing budgets for development projects and programmes
