Human resource management (HRM or simply HR) is the management of human resources. It is a function in organizations designed to maximize employee performance in service of an employer’s strategic objectives.[1] HR is primarily concerned with the management of people within organizations, focusing on policies and on systems.[2] HR departments and units in organizations typically undertake a number of activities, including employee benefits design, employee recruitment, “training and development”,performance appraisal, and rewarding (e.g., managing pay and benefit systems).[3] HR also concerns itself with organizational change and industrial relations, that is, the balancing of organizational practices with requirements arising from collective bargaining and from governmental laws.
Our client seeks to fill the above position. You must have strong administration skills with the ability to manage several streams of work, Ability to manage multiple budgets (canteen, facilities & grounds, security, Labour Broker) is a must. Payroll is a must.

Job Description
- Lead end-to-end service delivery includingon-going operations, customer satisfaction & service quality
- Work with clients & project team members todefine timeline, deliverables & milestones
- Act as an advisor to clients and engage the necessary team members
- Ensure all customers receive a highquality professional service within agreed service leve
- Proactively seek input from customersto ensure delivery meets business needs, and propose changes to level ofservices provided
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with customers
- Verify all necessary information & forms have been obtained from & delivered to client.
- Monitors and reports on service delivery metrics and overall performance
