HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Location: Harare, Zimbabwe
The Head of Restless Development (Zimbabwe) will work to ensure the highest standards in performance and accountability are achieved across the agency. Based in our Head Office in Harare (with regular travel to other operational locations), you will ensure our team of 20+ staff across 4 locations are delivering the highest operational standards as required by our strategy, business plan and operational plans and budgets.
You will join at an exciting time, in which we will be closely working with the Country Director, Management Committee and Board to nationalise our next strategy and business plan beyond 2016.
