Job overview:
The incumbent will be based in Doha-Qatar and is expected to undertake the full responsibility for managing the HR, Finance and Administration functions to insure that it effectively meets the needs of Qatar Red Crescent to achieve excellent standards of service delivery.
The incumbent is expected to provide:
An efficient and effective Human Resources and Administration Support for Qatar Red Crescent Offices/Missions outside the State of Qatar.
To assist in the management, operation, maintenance and development of the financial procedures on all items relating to HR and systems.
Responsibilities:
Actively participate in preparation of the annual manpower plans and determining the annual budgets for Staff and volunteers at Missions/Project Offices.
Participate in developing, updating and monitoring policies and operations of human resources at Missions/Project Offices with view to insure conformity with the overall strategies of Qatar Red Crescent and compliance with the local rules and regulations.
Undertaking the full responsibility of recruitment function in coordination with Missions/Projects Managers.
Coordinate with Finance, Admin and other concerned Departments at Qatar Red Crescent HQ to insure smooth work flow and relations with Missions and Projects
Participate in planning and determining the training and development programs.
Develop and update a comprehensive database of job seekers and volunteers in Missions and Projects Areas.
Qualification and Experiences
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a certification on Human Resources will be an advantage.
At least 6 years proven experience in the field Human Resources and Administration with minimum 2 years with a Humanitarian, Relief or Non-Governmental Organization.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills in both Arabic and English languages.
